She has served for 3.5 years as an Assistant Professor, contributing to academic excellence and mentoring future professionals. She then spent 5 years at Genpact India as a Business Analyst, working closely with India’s leading pharmaceutical company, where she gained deep exposure to corporate operations, data-driven decision-making, and pharmaceutical business processes.

Driven by an entrepreneurial vision and a long-standing aspiration to build something impactful, she co-founded Hearkens alongside her spouse. Since joining the organization, she has been responsible for structuring and overseeing the company’s financial framework, ensuring operational stability and sustainable growth.

Currently, she leads the financial planning and analysis while actively shaping the digital marketing strategy, aligning business objectives with market trends and digital innovation. Her role involves in-depth industry research, strategic collaboration with Dr. Chitaranjan, and strengthening Hearkens’ market presence.
